Cheryl Howe Joins KSM as Director in Real Estate Services Group

INDIANAPOLIS – KSM (Katz, Sapper & Miller), a leading advisory, tax, and audit firm, is pleased to announce that Cheryl Howe has joined the firm as a director in its Real Estate Services Group.

Howe will work with KSM’s real estate clients to maximize tax savings opportunities and strategically plan for the future. With over 25 years of experience in both public accounting and the private sector, Howe specializes in the federal and state taxation of partnerships, with a focus on real estate and REITs.

Prior to joining KSM, Howe served as a director at Andersen, where she reviewed federal and state partnership returns for real estate, private equity, and investment clients. She also served as a vice president at Morgan Stanley, with oversight of several global real estate funds, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of federal and state partnership and corporate tax returns, estimated payments, and withholding payments. Her background also includes three years spent with a Big Four accounting firm.

Howe received a Bachelor of Accountancy degree and a Master of Accountancy degree from New Mexico State University.
