Estridge, Hammond, and Webb Recognized Among Indy’s Best and Brightest
INDIANAPOLIS – KSM (Katz, Sapper & Miller) is pleased to announce that John Estridge, Sarah Hammond, and Marlon Webb have been named among Indy’s Best and Brightest for 2025. This award, created by Junior Achievement of Central Indiana, honors 100 outstanding young professionals across 10 industries. Finalists are selected based on their professional achievements, leadership skills, and commitment to serving as role models for young people in the community.
John Estridge – Finalist in Real Estate, Development, & Construction Category
As a partner in KSM’s Real Estate Services Group, Estridge brings deep expertise in tax planning for partnerships. He works closely with clients to maximize tax savings and maintain compliance. His active involvement in the firm’s Qualified Opportunity Zones (QOZs) practice helps clients create and manage Qualified Opportunity Funds. Additionally, his strong skills in financial modeling and structuring support clients seeking to monetize Federal Historic Tax Credits and state tax credit programs. Through his volunteer efforts, Estridge has meaningfully impacted his community by dedicating himself to uplifting others. He has served as a tutor as part of KSM’s partnership with Brightlane Learning (formerly School on Wheels) and regularly volunteers with Meals on Wheels of Central Indiana. Estridge is also an active volunteer with Indianapolis’ MLK Center, helping to further the center’s mission of addressing the effects of structural violence in its immediate neighborhood. In November 2024, he deepened his involvement by joining the center’s operations/finance committee, bringing his expertise to support its ongoing initiatives.
Sarah Hammond – Finalist in Accounting Category
Hammond, a partner in KSM’s Business Advisory Group, serves as a trusted advisor to entrepreneurs, business owners, family-owned operations, and private equity-backed companies across various industries. She specializes in federal and multistate tax planning, structuring, and compliance for partnerships and LLCs. With expertise in mergers and acquisitions, Hammond guides clients through financial and tax due diligence while advising on the tax implications of transactions. She is also an active member of KSM’s Manufacturing & Distribution and Construction Services groups. Additionally, Hammond is a committed advocate for the next generation of leaders, especially women in finance. As the co-chair of the Executive Women in Finance (EWF) Events Committee, she helps women build strong professional networks and expand their growth opportunities.
Marlon Webb – Finalist in Government, Tourism, & Arts Category
As a manager of government consulting at KSM, Webb provides strategic support to government clients at local, state, and federal levels. His expertise spans economic development, real estate consulting, incentives management, and project management. With a background in both the public and private sectors, Webb helps clients efficiently oversee projects, grants, and funding initiatives to maximize impact. His leadership in economic development has driven investment, job creation, and long-term growth in over 20 communities. Webb actively gives back to the central Indiana community, currently serving on the boards of NICHE, the Crooked Creek Community Development Corporation, Intend Indiana, Leadership Hendricks County, and the Town of Brownsburg’s Board of Zoning Appeals, where he holds the position of board president.
Estridge, Hammond, and Webb will be honored at an awards ceremony in downtown Indianapolis on April 23.
