Jake Sciaudone Named to IBJ’s 20 in Their Twenties Class of 2022
Jake Sciaudone, manager in Katz, Sapper & Miller’s Real Estate Services Group, has been named to the Indianapolis Business Journal’s 20 in Their Twenties class of 2022. This list recognizes up-and-coming leaders in central Indiana whose achievements stand out from their peers. They are business and community influencers who show tremendous potential to positively impact the state.
Sciaudone, 28, was selected for his many accomplishments in the accounting field. Since joining KSM in 2016, Sciaudone has become a leader in the firm’s growing cost segregation practice and is quickly becoming known as an expert on real estate depreciation deductions. Based on his exceptional performance and capability to help clients navigate the world of real estate tax, Sciaudone was promoted from senior tax accountant to manager in 2020.
Beyond his career achievements, Sciaudone channels his energies and talents into volunteering with the American Cancer Society’s Associate Board of Ambassadors of Indianapolis, Friends of Riley, and Indianapolis School on Wheels.
“Jake is a fast learner who handles problems quickly, asks the right questions, and serves his clients well,” said Josh Malarsky, partner-in-charge of KSM’s Real Estate Services Group. “We are honored to have Jake on our team and look forward to his continued leadership.”
