Jennifer Miller Named an IBJ 2024 Woman of Influence

INDIANAPOLIS – KSM (Katz, Sapper & Miller), a leading advisory, tax, and audit firm, is pleased to announce that Jennifer Miller, a partner and co-leader of its Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) Group, has been named an Indianapolis Business Journal (IBJ) 2024 Woman of Influence. This prestigious honor recognizes women who have demonstrated professional excellence and leadership in their careers and community service.

Miller was selected for her impactful leadership in the mergers and acquisitions (M&A) industry and her dedication to advancing women in the dealmaking space. At KSM, she conducts buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence, assisting corporate and private equity clients in identifying potential valuation risks and negotiating purchase price adjustments. Her extensive experience includes previous roles in corporate M&A and commercial finance, where she drove strategic growth initiatives at large global corporations.

Since joining KSM in 2019, Miller has played a pivotal role in the TAS Group’s growth, expanding the team from four to nearly 30 professionals. She has also been instrumental in fostering diversity within the group, increasing female representation in what is a traditionally male-dominated field.

Beyond her work at KSM, Miller has been a champion for women in the M&A space. She co-founded the Women in Transactions (WiT) group within the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) Indiana, providing a key platform for networking and professional development. Miller currently serves on the ACG Indiana board of directors, where she holds the role of vice president of the chapter.
