KSMTA

In an exciting push to expand its portfolio, KSM Transport Advisors (KSMTA) has hired Chuck Jorgenson as a freight network engineer to help build out its focus on “less than truckload” (LTL) service offerings. This expanded service line is one of KSMTA’s many offerings in freight network management and will emphasize consistent, insightful analysis and solutions for LTL engagements.

Chuck brings nearly 25 years of trucking industry experience and will provide insight from the client’s perspective to help advise clients in carrier profit improvement by enhancing margins, gaining efficiencies and driving down operating costs. He has extensive experience as an engineer of linehaul planning for several complex nationwide transportation networks, including FedEx and Watkins Motor Lines. Most recently, Chuck served as director of pricing and analysis for Sunco Carriers and was responsible for analyzing their pricing and network needs.

KSMTA worked with Chuck for many years when he was at former client Sunco, and is pleased that he has joined the KSMTA team. “Chuck’s knowledge, work experience and can-do attitude will make him a great asset,” says David Roush, president of KSM Transport Advisors. “He was definitely on our short list of freight network resources that we would like to hire and we are excited to build our team to continue to create more value for our clients.”

Chuck will be an instrumental part of growing KSMTA’s LTL service line and building out bench strength to support current and future clients.
