Kevin Campbell Joins KSM as Director in Transaction Advisory Services Group
INDIANAPOLIS – KSM (Katz, Sapper & Miller), a leading advisory, tax, and audit firm, is pleased to announce that Kevin Campbell has joined the firm as a director in its Transaction Advisory Services Group.
At KSM, Campbell will provide strategic guidance to private equity firms, investors, and business owners, helping them navigate complex financial transactions while identifying and addressing financial risks and opportunities.

Campbell brings an impressive background in transaction advisory services, with years of experience in financial due diligence, quality-of-earnings analysis, and deal cycle management. Most recently, he served as a senior manager in transaction advisory services at a prominent Chicago-based firm, where he led quality-of-earnings engagements across various industries, including manufacturing, distribution, healthcare, and software as a service (SaaS). Campbell has managed deals totaling more than $1.5 billion in enterprise value, showcasing his expertise in advising clients through the complexities of mergers and acquisitions.

Campbell holds both a Bachelor of Science degree and a Master of Science degree in accounting from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
