KSM Earns ClearlyRated’s 2025 Best of Accounting Award for Seventh Consecutive Year

INDIANAPOLIS – KSM (Katz, Sapper & Miller), a leading advisory, tax, and audit firm, has once again earned ClearlyRated’s Best of Accounting® Award, marking the seventh consecutive year the firm has been honored for delivering superior client service. This prestigious recognition is based entirely on feedback from KSM’s clients, who continue to rate the firm’s service at levels significantly higher than the industry average​.

For a third year, KSM also received ClearlyRated’s 5-Year Diamond Award, a distinction reserved for firms that have won the Best of Accounting honor for at least five consecutive years. Fewer than one-third of this year’s winners achieved this elite designation.

KSM’s dedication to client service is reflected in its latest survey results. The firm received satisfaction scores of 9 or 10 out of 10 from 88% of its clients, a figure that far exceeds the 2024 industry average of 48%. KSM also earned a Net Promoter® Score (NPS) of 87, well above the industry’s average of 38. NPS, used by more than two-thirds of Fortune 1000 companies for measuring client satisfaction, relies on a single survey question asking clients how likely they are to recommend a business to a friend or colleague. According to global NPS standards, an NPS score of 50+ is deemed excellent, with 70 and above considered “world-class.”
