KSM Presents FreightWaves 2021 FreightTech 25 Award Winners at Virtual Conference

Katz, Sapper & Miller is pleased to once again participate as the independent accounting firm in managing the voting process and reporting the results for FreightWaves Research Institute’s prestigious FreightTech 100 Award. The award recognizes the most innovative and disruptive companies in freight and highlights the key organizations which have made significant technological or economic advancements to impact the transportation space.

This year, FreightWaves received more than 500 nominations for over 200 unique companies. These nominations were then pared down by FreightWaves to identify the FreightTech 100. A diverse panel of external voters consisting of industry experts selected and ranked their top 25 finalists from this list for the 2021 FreightTech 25 Award.

The open nomination process included several returning companies from last year’s ballot, specifically 63 FreightTech 100 companies and 23 FreightTech 25 companies.

Results were presented during FreightWaves LIVE At Home, a live-streamed virtual event held Nov. 5-6. KSM’s Jason Miller, partner in the firm’s Transportation Services Group, unveiled the top five winners, who received special recognition.
