KSM Secures Top Honors: ClearlyRated's 2024 Best of Accounting and 5-Year Diamond Awards for Client Service Excellence

This achievement marks the sixth consecutive year KSM has received the award. For a second year, KSM also earned ClearlyRated’s Best of Accounting 5-Year Diamond Award, a distinction given to firms designated “Best of Accounting” for at least five years in a row.

In its most recent client satisfaction survey, KSM attained a Net Promoter Score® (NPS) of 81. NPS, which is used by more than two-thirds of Fortune 1000 companies for measuring client satisfaction, relies on a single survey question asking clients how likely they are to recommend a business to a friend or colleague. According to global NPS standards, an NPS score of 50+ is deemed excellent, with 70 and above considered “world-class.”
