Madison Will Named Director of Tax Operations for KSM
INDIANAPOLIS – Katz, Sapper & Miller, a leading advisory, tax, and audit firm, is pleased to announce that Madison Will has been named director of tax operations.
Will, as the newly promoted director of tax operations, will work closely with tax leadership to improve KSM’s tax operations and drive the advancement of the practice. She will also work to bring cohesion between the firm’s multiple tax groups to ensure an exceptional experience for both KSM’s people and clients.
“Madison is a proven solutions-oriented leader whose strategic guidance will be invaluable to KSM as we continue to strengthen our tax function through innovative thinking,” said Jamie Ellis, KSM chief operating officer and partner. “With her expertise, Madison will play a crucial role in ensuring a culture of excellence by creating and executing practices that promote efficiency and empower staff.”
Will’s role has evolved in her time at KSM. Previously, she served as KSM’s business operations and innovation leader. In this role, Will helped ensure users’ needs were met during the launch of new applications and processes that supported the growth of the firm. She also reviewed the usage of existing applications and drove continuous improvement through feedback and fine-tuning.

Will received a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and business administration from the Scott College of Business at Indiana State University. She is Lean Six Sigma CPA Green Belt-certified.
