Sarah Steele Joins KSM as Director of Audit Operations

INDIANAPOLIS – Katz, Sapper & Miller (KSM), a leading advisory, tax, and audit firm, is pleased to announce that Sarah Steele has joined the firm as director of audit operations.

In this role, Steele will focus on enhancing the operations of the firm’s assurance function. She will work closely with KSM’s audit leadership, with the goals of developing a structure model centered on client service, preparing for the adoption of future technology, and implementing talent growth and strategy development.

Steele started her career as an auditor for KSM in 2007. Prior to rejoining the firm in 2024, she served as the director of finance and business operations for Interstate Business Solutions. Steele has also previously held various accounting and operations roles with Beazer Homes, Park Tudor, and Eli Lilly and Company.

Steele received a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Ball State University.
