Bram Blackwell is a manager in Katz, Sapper & Miller’s Transaction Advisory Services Group. Bram works on both buy-side and sell-side transactions, helping corporate and private equity clients understand the full financial picture of a business and make informed decisions that will contribute to their long-term growth and success.
Prior to joining KSM, Bram spent more than five years at a Big Four firm, where he most recently served as an M&A transaction services advisory manager.
Bram received a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting with a minor in forensic accounting from Indiana State University. He holds a Central and East European studies certificate from Prague University of Economics and Business.
Bram is a member of the Indiana CPA Society. He serves as board treasurer for Theta Omicron of Pi Kappa Alpha Housing Corporation.
