Caleb Martin is a manager in Katz, Sapper & Miller’s Transaction Advisory Services Group. Performing buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence, Caleb helps corporate and private equity clients identify potential valuation risks and inform purchase price adjustment negotiations.
Caleb joined KSM directly out of college and has served some of the firm’s largest clients.
Caleb graduated with highest distinction from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business – Indianapolis with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting, finance, and international studies.
Caleb is a member of the Indiana CPA Society. He serves on the finance team of New Circle Church in Indianapolis, IN.
Caleb received the prestigious Elijah Watts Sells award from the American Institute of CPAs in 2018 for his performance on the CPA exam.
