Heather Bucher is co-managing partner of Katz, Sapper & Miller’s Cincinnati office. Heather leads the day-to-day efforts for the office and works closely with KSM leadership to help enhance the firm’s presence in the Cincinnati tri-state area and make it a top choice for talent. She also oversees client relationships, ensures high-quality service delivery, and drives strategic initiatives to support the firm’s growth.
Heather has more than 25 years of experience in both public and corporate accounting. Her experience in corporate accounting includes serving as controller and assistant treasurer for a Cincinnati-headquartered public manufacturing company. Prior to joining KSM, Heather served in various leadership roles for Cassady Schiller, one of Cincinnati’s largest accounting firms.
My parents were both very hard workers who struggled to provide for their eight children. They instilled a strong work ethic in me that I hope to pass on to my own children.
Heather received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in accounting from the Carl H. Linder College of Business at the University of Cincinnati.
Heather is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and The Ohio Society of CPAs. She serves as a co-chair on the accounting advisory board for Xavier University and as a member of the board of trustees for the Congenital Heart Alliance of Cincinnati.
