Janie Evans

Janie Evans is a partner in Katz, Sapper & Miller’s Cincinnati office and a member of the firm’s Business Advisory Group. Janie specializes in serving the tax and estate planning needs of owners, operators, and developers of commercial and multifamily real estate. She also facilitates tax and estate planning for high-net-worth individuals, often serving multiple generations. She uses a team approach, working closely with attorneys, financial advisors, insurance agents, and actuaries.

Janie has more than 30 years of combined experience in public and industry accounting, performing tax, accounting, audit, and consulting services in Ohio and Kentucky. Her expertise varies widely, from the banking industry to governmental entities, and includes real estate, manufacturing, retail, entertainment, not-for-profit organizations and foundations, small businesses, high-net-worth individuals, and trusts.

Prior to joining KSM, Janie served as a tax partner at Cassady Schiller, one of Cincinnati’s largest accounting firms. Janie believes that trust and respect are the most essential elements in a successful partnership. She has a hands-on approach and works diligently to nurture client relationships.
