Jeff Warner is a partner in Katz, Sapper & Miller’s Business Advisory Group. With more than 30 years of experience in public accounting, Jeff assists clients with tax planning, consulting, business valuations, mergers and acquisitions, and other business and accounting services. He has extensive experience helping businesses and their owners in navigating complex federal and multistate tax matters to optimize their tax position and comply with reporting requirements. With a background in auditing, Jeff also has experience with assurance services, financial statement reporting, and internal control matters. His industry expertise is in restaurants and hospitality, technology, sports and entertainment, wholesale, retail, manufacturing, and construction.
Jeff received a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Ball State University.
Jeff is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Indiana CPA Society. Currently serving as a board member of Hemophilia of Indiana, Inc., Jeff is a past board member of the Indy Jazz Fest and the Hamilton Southeastern Youth Baseball and Softball League, and he has worked with Junior Achievement and Special Olympics.
