Jennifer Miller is a partner at Katz, Sapper & Miller and co-leader of the firm’s Transaction Advisory Services Group. Performing buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence, Jennifer helps corporate and private equity clients identify potential valuation risks and inform purchase price adjustment negotiations.
Prior to joining KSM, Jennifer worked in corporate mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and commercial finance, where she executed long-term strategic growth initiatives at large, global corporations. Her experience executing transactions, building pro forma models, and leading post-close integration activities provides a balanced perspective when performing financial due diligence. Jennifer began her career at a Big Four firm, where she worked on a variety of strategic and private equity-owned clients.
Jennifer received a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and finance from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University as well as a Master of Business Administration degree from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
Jennifer serves as vice president of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) Indiana and is the founding committee member of the organization’s Women in Transactions group. She is a volunteer with Hamilton Southeastern Schools and Fishers Youth Sports organizations.
Jennifer was selected as a 2021 Emerging Leader by The M&A Advisor in recognition of her notable contributions to the M&A industry and her community. Additionally, Jennifer received the inaugural Women in Transactions award from ACG Indiana.
