John Bruch is a partner in Katz, Sapper & Miller’s Real Estate Services Group. With a strong technical background in federal tax issues, John works with clients within the commercial, residential, retail, and hospitality sectors to maximize tax savings opportunities while ensuring compliance. John also has experience with Qualified Opportunity Zones (QOZs), where he works with investors and developers to maximize the positive tax impact of this economic development incentive program.
John received a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from DePauw University.
John is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, the Indiana CPA Society, and the Building Owners Management Association. He is past president and a previous board member of the Indianapolis chapter of Child Advocates, a not-for-profit assistance agency dedicated to representing the best interests of children experiencing abuse or neglect. John currently serves on the advisory board of Child Advocates. Additionally, John is a past board member of School on Wheels.
