Kevin Campbell is a director in KSM’s Transaction Advisory Services Group. Kevin provides strategic guidance to private equity firms, investors, and business owners, helping them navigate complex financial transactions on both the buy side and sell side. With a focus on due diligence and analysis, he assesses a company’s financial position and guides clients through merger and acquisition complexities while identifying and addressing financial risks and opportunities.
Kevin has extensive experience in financial due diligence, quality-of-earnings analysis, and deal cycle management. Over the course of his career, he has managed deals totaling more than $1.5 billion in enterprise value.
Prior to joining KSM, Kevin served as a senior manager of transaction advisory services at a prominent Chicago-based firm, where he led quality-of-earnings engagements across various industries, including manufacturing, distribution, healthcare, and software as a service (SaaS). He spent the early years of his career with a Big Four accounting firm.
Kevin received both a Bachelor of Science degree and a Master of Science degree in accounting from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
Kevin is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Illinois CPA Society.
