Laura Gualdoni

Laura Gualdoni is a director in Katz, Sapper & Miller’s Tax Services Group. Laura advises the firm’s international clients on tax compliance, income tax provisions, and provides general business consulting to help them navigate the complexities of doing business abroad. She has extensive experience serving both global companies and U.S. entities with foreign operations as well as helping individuals navigate the international tax requirements for U.S. citizens living abroad and foreign employees working in the U.S.

International tax is and continues to be an area of consistent change and focus for Congress. Due to the complexities and significant penalties associated with many areas of international tax, Laura has focused her career almost exclusively on foreign issues big and small. Prior to joining KSM, Laura spent the first nine years of her career at Big Four firms and three years at a Louisville regional firm, focusing on international tax.

The best advice I received early in my career is to always take notes. A partner at my first job told me to never leave my desk to talk to someone without a notepad and pen (or a tablet these days).
