Lauren Violi is Katz, Sapper & Miller’s director of workplace culture and experience. Lauren uses her experience in professional services and career development to help KSM employees discover their career aspirations and navigate their individual career paths within the firm. She also serves as an advisor to the KSM executive committee to help evolve and enrich the firm’s culture and employee experience. An attorney by training, Lauren served as a director of career services at a nationally acclaimed law school before joining KSM. Prior to that, she was an attorney at a premier business-focused law firm headquartered in Indianapolis.

Lauren received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Loyola University Chicago and a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law.
Lauren is a volunteer for Coburn Place Safe Haven and a member of its young professionals committee, a founding member of the Maurer Young Alumni Steering Committee, and an executive committee member of the Women & the Law Division for the Indianapolis Bar Association. She has an active law license in the State of Indiana and is a member of the Indianapolis, Indiana State, and American bar associations.
Lauren graduated magna cum laude from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law and was elected to the Order of the Coif. Based on her achievement in the legal profession, involvement in professional organizations, and contributions to the community, Indiana Lawyer named Lauren an Up and Coming Lawyer in 2017 as part of its Leadership in Law awards program.
