Mike Dinius is chief executive officer for Noble Consulting Services, Inc., KSM’s insurance regulatory consulting group, where he oversees the firm’s daily operations. Mike has been actively involved in insurance regulatory matters as a consultant for more than 24 years. He has also provided regulatory services in connection with the supervision of troubled companies and as a special deputy liquidator in Indiana.
Mike currently serves as special deputy rehabilitator for Colorado Bankers Life Insurance Company, Bankers Life Insurance Company, and Southland National Reinsurance Corporation and as special deputy liquidator for Southland National Insurance Corporation and the North Carolina Department of Insurance. Mike previously served as the supervisor for the above-named companies from October 2018 to June 2019.

Mike received a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Ball State University. In addition to being a Certified Public Accountant, Mike holds the designation of Certified Financial Examiner from the Society of Financial Examiners (SOFE).
Mike is a member of SOFE, the Insurance Regulatory Examiners Society, the American Institute of CPAs, the Indiana CPA Society, and the International Association of Insurance Receivers.
