Mike Lee

Mike Lee is the partner-in-charge of Katz, Sapper & Miller’s key industries. In this role, Mike provides guidance and direction to the firm’s industry leaders and supports the development and execution of their go-to-market strategic plans. He helps to ensure a world-class client experience through hiring and developing industry talent, leveraging industry insights, setting client service standards, and implementing processes and programs to exceed KSM clients’ expectations.

Mike is also a member of KSM’s executive committee, a six-person leadership team that sets and oversees the firm’s strategic direction.

Since joining the firm in 2002, Mike has helped clients make strategic business decisions, avoid risk, and overcome challenges by consulting in areas such as complex acquisitions and divestures, M&A advisory, and financial reporting. Mike works with clients in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, distribution, life sciences, technology, and professional and financial services.

Prior to joining KSM, Mike was a member of a national accounting firm for more than 12 years and served as a CFO with a fast-growth privately held company. His unique combination of public accounting and industry experience provides clients with balanced and relevant business advice.
