Some of the best advice I’ve received is to start with the golden rule – to treat others as you want to be treated. But the master class is in following the platinum rule – to treat others as they want to be treated. In doing so, you’re seeking to understand the individual and demonstrating empathy to their perspective or needs.
Mike received a Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration and marketing (cum laude) from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
