Sarah Schroeder is a managing director with Noble Consulting Services, Inc., KSM’s insurance regulatory consulting group. With over 30 years of experience in regulatory law, corporate transactions, and financial solvency matters, she provides expert guidance on compliance, agent licensing, and healthcare regulatory issues.
Prior to joining KSM, Sarah was president and principal at a premier insurance regulatory consulting firm. Sarah also practiced law at a national law firm focusing on federal and state regulation of healthcare and deferred compensation matters on behalf of private employers and health and retirement plans. Additionally, she provided legal counsel on deferred compensation and healthcare planning on behalf of private employers and plan administrators. Her legal career began with advising on employee benefit entitlements and plan funding requirements.
Sarah graduated magna cum laude receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in english from Wittenberg University. She received her Juris Doctor degree from The Ohio State University College of Law.
