Scott Schoenherr is a manager in KSM’s Information Technology Services Group. Scott helps organizations align their technology initiatives with business goals. With expertise in IT strategy, cloud computing, AI-driven automation, and cybersecurity, Scott partners with clients to implement innovative solutions that drive operational efficiency and digital transformation.
Scott is passionate about leveraging emerging technologies to help businesses optimize performance and manage risk. His strategic approach to IT consulting enables organizations to navigate complex digital landscapes while maintaining cost efficiency and security.
Prior to joining KSM, Scott held multiple leadership positions at Healthcare Chaos Management, most recently serving as chief information officer. In that role, he spearheaded initiatives to streamline compliance workflows through AI-driven automation, significantly enhancing process efficiency and innovation. Scott’s background also includes more than eight years of experience with a leading Indianapolis-based consulting firm, where he specialized in IT governance, cloud migration strategies, and data analytics solutions.

Scott received a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science and network service technology from Tallahassee State College.
Scott is a member of Quartz Network and regularly attends the organization’s CIO Leadership Summit. He is also actively involved with Northview Church, where he participates in a men’s group, as well as his local chapter of All Pro Dad.
