Seve Duncan is a director in KSM’s Audit & Assurance Services Group. Seve leverages his extensive expertise to work with clients across various industries, ensuring accurate financial reporting, minimizing risk, and maximizing operational efficiencies. He also guides clients through the implementation of new accounting standards and helps strengthen their internal controls.
Prior to joining KSM, Seve most recently served as an audit senior manager for a Big Four firm, where he managed large audit engagements, drove operational efficiencies by integrating advanced data analytics, and contributed to the growth of the firm’s federal engagements.
I live by Matthew McConaughey’s quote: “We do our best when our destinations are beyond measurement. When we do this, the race is never over, and the journey has no port because we are always on the way.” It inspires me to be a lifelong learner and embrace continual improvement in all aspects of life.
Seve received a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and a Master of Business Administration degree in finance from the University of Indianapolis.
Seve is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Indiana CPA Society. He serves as a board member for the University of Indianapolis’ Greyhound Club.
