Shaun Johnston is a director in Katz, Sapper & Miller’s Business Advisory Group. Experienced in federal and state tax matters, Shaun equips clients with the advice they need to minimize their tax liabilities and exposure while making valuable business decisions. While he serves clients in a variety of industries, Shaun’s main area of focus is manufacturing and distribution.
Prior to joining KSM, Shaun spent 11 years at a top 10 accounting firm, where he most recently served as a senior manager. In that role, Shaun managed tax compliance engagements for an array of clients, including partnerships, S corporations, C corporations (including provisions), and high-net-worth individuals.
Shaun received a Bachelor of Science in Business degree with a concentration in accounting from Indiana University South Bend.
Shaun is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Indiana CPA Society.
