Sira Pollard

Sira Pollard is an experienced-hire recruiter in KSM’s New York office. In her role, Sira supports the firm’s college and experienced-hire recruiting efforts by sourcing, evaluating, and interviewing top talent for roles within the organization. She also collaborates with hiring managers to understand their needs, ensuring a smooth hiring experience. Additionally, Sira represents KSM at university career fairs, networking events, and other outreach activities to engage with potential candidates.

Prior to joining KSM, Sira served as a tax associate at various Big Four and middle-market firms.
