Whitney Fagin

Whitney Fagin is a senior recruiter for KSM. Whitney works closely with KSM’s director of talent acquisition and staffing to support the firm’s recruiting efforts across multiple office locations and college campuses. In her role, she identifies, interviews, and qualifies interns, recent graduates, and experienced professionals within the accounting, finance, and business advisory fields.

Whitney has more than a decade of experience in human resources and previously served as an HR manager for Cassady Schiller, one of Cincinnati’s largest accounting firms, before joining KSM. In that role, she was involved with employee relations, benefits and compensation administration, recruiting, performance improvement, and compliance administration.

An important lesson I’ve learned in my career is to choose empathy. I always want to be caring and understanding, especially in difficult conversations. When people come to me with their issues, I try to put myself in their position and listen attentively.
