Zach Kubly is a director in Katz, Sapper & Miller’s Business Advisory Group. Experienced in federal and state tax matters, Zach works with clients in a wide range of industries, including construction, agriculture, manufacturing, distribution, and transportation. Additionally, as a member of the firm’s ESOP Services Group, Zach has experience serving ESOP clients across multiple industries and stages in their journey, from formation to maturity. Zach helps clients minimize tax liabilities, limit exposure, and proactively plan for future opportunities. He provides consulting services to clients of various sizes – from small businesses to large corporations – and equips them with the advice they need to make timely, accurate, and educated business decisions.
Prior to joining KSM, Zach spent six years at a Big Four firm serving midsized companies and five years with local firms working with small businesses and their closely held owners.

Zach received a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and finance from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.
Zach is a member of The ESOP Association, the American Institute of CPAs, and the Indiana CPA Society. He also serves as board treasurer for Edna Martin Christian Center.
