Zee Malik is a partner in KSM’s Audit & Assurance Services Group. Zee advises clients to help them solve their operational challenges and provides guidance on how to alleviate business concerns, specifically in areas of accounting, reporting, compliance, and internal control matters. He serves private equity-owned companies and is a member of KSM’s Transaction Advisory Services Group. Zee is also an active member of the firm’s Transportation and Construction Services Groups.
Zee graduated summa cum laude with Bachelor of Science degrees in accounting, finance, and business management from Franklin College, and he received a Master of Science degree in accounting from Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis.
Zee has also earned the prestigious Certified Construction Industry Financial Professional (CCIFP) designation, which is an indication of his expertise in the area of construction financial management.
Zee is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, the Indiana CPA Society, and the Missouri Trucking Association (MoTA), where he was a part of MoTA’s 2023 leadership program class. He is also a member of the Illinois Trucking Association (ITA) and was part of ITA’s 2018 leadership program class. Zee serves as a treasurer and member of the Annual Council Conference Committee, Allied Committee, and Investment Committee for the North Carolina Trucking Association. Additionally, he is the chair of the Education Steering Committee for the Central Indiana chapter of the Construction Financial Management Association.
Zee was selected as the winner of Junior Achievement of Central Indiana’s 2024 Best and Brightest award in the accounting category.
